Steve Bimm  Steve Bimm specializes in vacant land sales and acquisition, marketing of development parcels, and bulk lot disposition and sales to builders. Steve has over 30 years experience in the land development, heavy construction management, and civil engineering industries. He is a member of REALTORS® Land Institute, Urban Land Institute and DMCAR. He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University.
