Ethics
Ethics Enforcement by the National Association of REALTORS® is the most important distinction between a REALTOR® and a real estate licensee. REALTORS® are obligated by their membership to follow the Code of Ethics and are subject to discipline if found in violation.
As your KW Commercial brokers, we promise to adhere to a strict code of ethics in conducting any and all activities related to your real estate transaction. In some businesses, simply doing what is legal may be good enough. But in our real estate practice we demand an ethical standard that goes above and beyond the legal requirements. The guiding principle of ethics comes from the Latin primum non nocere, meaning: first do no harm. By adhering to strict ethical guidelines we will earn your trust. By establishing trust we'll build a long term business model based on long term clients. As members of the National Association of REALTORS®, we are bound by our Code of Ethics which you can find at NAR Code of Ethics>> Trust , n., v., 1. reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence. 2. confident expectation of something; hope. 3. to have trust or confidence in; rely or depend on. -Webster's College Dictionary
